I have worked in the counseling field since 1974 and have a wide range of experiences working with diverse cultures and people of all ages. Settings have included inpatient hospital units, peoples homes, community centers, churches, day treatment, out patient clinics, and counseling on an Indian Reservation. I have conducted individual, group, couple and family therapy and enjoy a challenge.

View of Therapy:

Therapy is a process of identifying problems and issues so that solutions can be found. The biggest problems are often not the ones that appear on the surface. Identifying blocks to finding solutions and also identifying your resources for resolving these issues is important. One often overlooked resource, with which I am willing to help, is faith in God. Many times problems that seem overwhelming can be resolved by prioritizing them and working on one thing at a time.
